Chief of Staff
Books meeting rooms, keeps attendance of present members, and records meeting minutes.
Entertainment & Production Director
Picks and chooses entertainment, and sets up vendors for staging, lighting, sound, and production.
Sponsorship Director
Creates the year’s sponsorship packet and distributes it to potential sponsors. After distribution, in charge of continuing correspondence and keeping track of promises made to sponsors.
Public Relations Director
Communicates with outside media such as news, press, radio, and on- campus outlets. Needs to possess excellent writing skills as well as social media experience.
Marketing Director
Creates marketing campaigns to promote ASU Undie Run image as well as related events.
Charity Director
Establishes and keeps in contacts with charities to organize who receives what
and the logistics associated with it.
Volunteer Coordinator
Finds volunteers for ASU Undie Run event and related events and assigning them to roles.
Course Director
Creates the run route for the ASU Undie Run and contacts appropriate departments to ensure route safety and efficiency.
Sustainability Director
Oversees the waste created by the events of the ASU Undie Run and disposes appropriately.
Artwork Designer
Creates artwork for ASU Undie Run such as flyers, logos, tshirts, photos, and other printed materials. Also charged with finding vendors to print needed items.
Special Projects Manager
Assigned roles and tasks that do not fall into another member’s description. Must be capable of a wide variety of skills.
Business Relations
Connects ASU Undie Run with other organizations such as student organizations and outside organizations to form partnerships mutually beneficial to both parties.
Finance Director
Oversees financial decisions of ASU Undie Run and handles Tax requirements.
Legal Ambassador
Handles legal matters that arise between ASU Undie Run and other parties.
